Chaima is a research analyst at Meridiyen, focussing on BRICS Finance Technology, which also deals with a lot of issues and stigma surrounding digital currencies in the global south.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Political Economy, and has recently worked for the public sector as a data analyst. Her main research focuses revolve around the socioeconomic and political issues surrounding the MENA region.
